The Chelsea REACH program is a youth program for the youth in Chelsea to go for academic support, guidance, and family! REACH builds youth leadership and community, engaging youth at Chelsea High School in opportunities such as participating on a LatinX Hispanic Heritage Panel, writing statements for Students Speak, and learning skills in Culinary.
